WHAT IS MARKETING?

Marketing can be defined as the process of targeting an audience and building a relationship with them by creating a service or a product which has value and delivering that value based product/service to the audience with captivating messages. The main aim of marketing is to cater to the needs of their customers, delivering the value based product through the correct medium and making sure they are satisfied.


Key points in an effective marketing:

1. PERSONALISATION

One of the major aspects of marketing is to provide a product or service with personal touch catering to the consumer's needs. Influencer based marketing is effective to reach mass consumers. Use of eco-friendly products and services.

2. KNOWING THE CUSTOMERS

A major key point is to know the behavior and preference and problem of the customer and solving it through your service/product.




3. CHANNELS OF DISTRIBUTION

-An effective strategy should consider that they can provide their product to customers through various channels and they are accessible easily.

4. ADAPTABILITY

Marketing strategy should be adaptable depending on different circumstances and needs.


In a nutshell marketing main essence is to be able to build their brand image and create awareness about their product while establishing and strengthening their relationship with the target audience
